Ladies and gentlemen, dear APIS user,

We have the pleasure to announce the International XXXI APIS User Conference!

This annual event brings together APIS IQ-Software users from all over the world to listen to fascinating presentations, engage in inspiring conversations, share experience with other users and take advantage of the unique opportunity to talk directly to the software developers and to our support team.

This year's conference will take place near the beautiful Harz National Park, at the HKK Hotel Wernigerode on September 16 and 17, 2025.

Conference Package

Early bird - Registration until May 31, 2025: 1,249 EUR (plus VAT)

Regular price - Registration as of June 1, 2025: 1,399 EUR (plus VAT)

(A hotel room can be booked separately via the hotel - please see our recommendation further below.)

All presentations held on day 1 and day 2 will be translated simultaneously (GER/EN).

Think, speak, shape – network together!
The ability to introduce your own topics and find suitable discussion partners at a traditional conference is limited. This is precisely where a barcamp comes in, offering a very open framework in which active exchange and networking is effectively promoted. The coffee break of conventional conferences is the main program item here!

  • Open, participatory conference (also known as an “unconference”)

  • No fixed speakers

  • Be a giver rather than a taker (no spectators)

  • Interactive exchange with a spirit of its own

APIS FMEA Camp: First details

Target group: FMEA managers and FMEA facilitators with an interest in FMEA and related topics

Fee: 450,00 EUR plus VAT; dinner the evening before included
Early Bird for registration by June 30, 2025: 400,00 EUR plus VAT

Language: German – no translation
