Procedure and requirements
A GDPR-compliant training software video-streams the screen contents of the instructor and, if necessary, also of the participants. Audio is transmitted via microphone and speakers or a headset. You can ask the trainer questions via chat or hand signal. For any assistance from the trainer, share your screen if needed.
We recommend using two screens, especially for exercises with the IQ software. On one screen you follow the trainer's demonstration and on the other screen you do the exercises in the IQ software.
A few days before the seminar, we will send you a link which you click to register. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the participation button to connect you to the respective seminar session.
We use Zoom (Zoom privacy policy) or Microsoft Teams for our live online group seminars. We may also use your own training software for live online in-house seminars.
