Varianten und Wiederverwendungskonzepte
Open group seminars
Ähnliche Varianten effizient in der FMEA pflegen + Tipps zur geschickten Wiederverwendung
Seminar content at a glance
Efficiently map similar products/processes with variants
Benefits and limits of FMEA templates (basic FMEA, generic FMEA, etc.)
Working across structures
Particularly in the case of a very similar design or a very similar manufacturing process for different products or components, the question arises as to how you can skilfully use this fact in the FMEA. Your FMEA participants will also give you a hint along the lines of: "This is identical to FMEA XYZ, why do we have to work this out again here?"
The seminar will introduce you to several procedures and concepts so that you can create and maintain your FMEA with as little effort as possible in the future.
Target group
The seminar is aimed at FMEA managers who have to create FMEAs for similar products and/or processes and are looking for a low-effort solution.
