Presenting an FMEA
Good knowledge of the FMEA method and the APIS IQ software is often only half the battle. Our experience shows that facilitation skills in particular play a significant role in how smoothly an FMEA is created. This is exactly where the workshop comes in and provides tips for the following questions:
What questions does the facilitator need to ask in order to spark discussion or simply to obtain the necessary knowledge?
How does he end lengthy discussions?
How does he behave skilfully when dealing with difficult participants?
How can he recognise and react to emerging conflicts at an early stage?
Work on your skills as a facilitator and save up to 50% of the effort involved in FMEA creation.
Target group
The seminar is aimed at employees from all areas of the company who will be moderating FMEA meetings in the future. Participants will be enabled to carry out FMEA moderation efficiently and in a results-orientated manner.
