Facilitator workshop

In-house seminars

Improve your soft skills as an FMEA facilitator

Seminar content at a glance

  • Tasks of the FMEA facilitator

  • Use targeted questioning techniques

  • Skilful handling of conflicts and difficult participants

  • Role plays to simulate difficult facilitation situations

  • Presenting an FMEA

Good knowledge of the FMEA method and the APIS IQ software is often only half the battle. Our experience shows that facilitation skills in particular play a significant role in how smoothly an FMEA is created. This is exactly where the workshop comes in and provides tips for the following questions:

  • What questions does the facilitator need to ask in order to spark discussion or simply to obtain the necessary knowledge?

  • How does he end lengthy discussions?

  • How does he behave skilfully when dealing with difficult participants?

  • How can he recognise and react to emerging conflicts at an early stage?

Work on your skills as a facilitator and save up to 50% of the effort involved in FMEA creation.
