Our sales team will be happy to provide you with answers and information.

The following services are included free of charge in a maintenance contract:

  • Support service – questions concerning the application are answered promptly by telephone or e-mail by our support staff. You will also receive helpful tips on how to work more efficiently with the software
  • Service packs – regular (usually quarterly) delivery of service packs, i.e., the software is continuously developed and adapted to the needs of our customers
  • Software updates – updating your software in the event of new releases, i.e. comprehensive changes in functionality and adaptations to the latest QM guidelines approximately every three years
  • Functions for maintenance customers - functions that are available only to our maintenance customers during the service life of a major version
