- In the above structure, both action states and action groups are assigned to four different failures. The action groups have random O and D ratings assigned. Detection and preventive actions have also been randomly distributed to action groups.
- This Quality rule finds action groups which have ratings assigned that are lower than 10, but of these assigned ratings, no actions are allocated. It is expected that any O or D rating has a corresponding preventive and detection action assigned.
- By analyzing the structure list, and with the necessary display options active, it is possible to see which action groups have a valuation of less than 10 and missing corresponding actions assigned.
