Functions and characteristics without effects and causes

Explanation:

A search will be performed for functions and characteristics, which have neither effects nor causes in the function net

Example:

039-SE

  • The above structure consists of three structure elements, each of which have two functions (function) assigned. Two additional elements are anchored at the root element and both the elements SE1 A and SE1 B each have a product characteristic (Product characteristic) and process characteristic (Process characteristic).
  • With the hot-click icon “Function net” active (Display options), it is possible to see in the structure list which functions and characteristics are linked to each other.
  • This Quality Rule detects functions and characteristics which have neither effects nor causes in the function net. This hot-click icon indicates that a function has neither of these: Failure net unfilled.
