The function of this failure effect is not linked (in the function net) with the function of its corresponding failure mode.
The following example shows this situation. As can be seen in the Formsheet image (last image), at failure effects tf3 und tf4 an info icon appears. For tf3 this is because its function p is not linked with function g of the failure mode e1. Correspondingly, f is not linked to n, but instead, wrongly linked to g.
